My kitchen is somewhat cleaner this morning. You can tell they're just letting it out on her after writing countless panegyrics for albums they're expected to like. If I were a critic I'd jump from joy at the thought of a Katy Perry album to review just to let out my creativity

I just can't feel sorry for her. The album is offensive for her fans, a friend of mine said, and I couldn't agree more. 1
Popular Post Infernal Paradise Posted September 20 Popular Post Posted September 20 The slate review is absolutely SCATHING my god However, if Laura Snapes in her July review of "Woman's World" said she felt like the song made her "feel stupider every sorry time" she listened to it, here you have to multiply that by 11. By the time you read this, I only hope my less cerebrally compromised editor has been able to salvage something from whatever's dribbled out of my battered brain like streams of dye sluicing down Rudy Giuliani's temples. I'm honestly not accustomed to a high-level pop album being this genuinely bad. Mediocre? Off-base? Sure, that happens. But I don't think 143 would seem impressive coming from a random upstart, let alone a onetime member of the pop pantheon. It takes a village of highly paid idiots to fail this completely, and not all of them are even accused sexual predators. They went IN 15
MonsterNavy Posted September 20 Posted September 20 pitchfork already had that 143 review ready since woman's world who are they kidding just post it already

Unfortunately, the conversation has veered off course, with some comments becoming overly negative and disrespectful towards the Katy. While constructive criticism is always welcome, we need to maintain a respectful and productive space for discussion. The thread will reopen once things have calmed down and we can return to thoughtful, on-topic dialogue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure this remains a positive space for everyone. Warning everyone who gave this a thumbs down 38
Lord Gaga Posted September 20 Posted September 20 The way I really thought this would be her year when i saw she was leaving American idol.
EndofASadMovie Posted September 20 Posted September 20 Panning aside, she's lucky the album is also bombing commercially cause most people wont notice this disaster of a comeback

KillingYourCareer Posted September 20 Posted September 20 I don't even need to wear a red dress. I'm red from the second-hand embarrassment. 6
