PaloSanto Posted September 20 Posted September 20 The songs being so short is a bit annoying and even more annoying is knowing we'll get an extended version of the album later on with unimaginative edits to the songs instead of getting properly fleshed out songs with bridges and intrumental breaks from the beggining But oh well that's the state of things. At least the songs will be fleshed out and take on new life when she performs them on tour 2 1

I don't mind it, I think it's a cute way to extend the era a bit, since she doesn't really do traditional promo any more (that annoys me the most!) during album release. My only issue is that these short songs tend to sound unfinished because of the lack of bridge and final chorus. Padam took some getting used to but ended up working in the end and it wasn't an issue with Hands. I mostly see this with other artists.
