poll The Pinkprint v.s. Queen

This may be a controversial take, but I have always considered Queen one of Nicki's best albums.

 

The Pinkprint (mostly accepted as her best album) has its own brilliance and I think established her as somewhat more serious (lol) but I found her too ballad-y and one note at times. Mona Lisa is my favorite track (severely underrated) along with Shanghai and Want Some More but I don't revisit it much at all.

 

Queen, to me, is listenable all the way through and never lets up. Chun Li is without a doubt one of her best songs visually and sonically. The KNOCK out from Sir -> Miami -> Coco Chanel -> Inspirations gags me every single time. The features make sense and serve PURPOSE and the only let down is the boring mess that is Bed. I really do think Queen often gets overlooked for her antics and spiraling she went on which was hilarity in its own RIGHT. #QueenRadio

 The Pinkprint is Nicki's best work and it's really no contest at the end of the day. Queen has her moments but TPP consistently delivers track after track.

Queen wins with 9 vs 7 from Pink Print.

 

While I do believe she deserved every whack she got during the Queen era, I must say the music really did it for me, more so than Pink Print, or even all the messy Pink Fridays. Certainly more than Pink Friday… 2.

Not Queen bodied 💀I do think of Pinkprint as her best album though, but Queen competes with it on a good day and is generally way too overhated cause it's definitely some of her better material.
