Reminders (which was my least favorite on first listen, and now is just total peak level top tier Gwen Stefani for me) Purple Irises Late to Bloom Marigolds Empty Vase Bouquet Somebody Else's Swallow My Tears All Your Fault Pretty (probably my only occasional skip on the album) Reminders is really growing on me and I think is my fave from the album. 2

Asparagus Spears Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I really feel like Gwen needs to be recognised for this project. I know it's not an album people like on here, but as far as a pop project comes, this is perfect, the vision is clear, very cohesive, themes are very well strung together and the visuals totally make sense. The flower theme hasn't been overly done. It may not be the dance pop route ya'll want from her or like but this has been executed perfectly, the lyrics are also really well written. Congrats gwenny gwen gwen 6 3
GwennyGwenGwen Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago (edited) Interesting to me that they're not promoting it as the Somebody Else's video more overtly...that's probably what it is...but i also wouldn't be shocked if there is a larger visual component to this project..Sophie Muller is literally her best friend, and this album would lend itself really well to it. J-esper Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I think it is a decent album. It's pretty much what you see is what you get. It's Gwen Stefani doing an album influenced by country pop/rock and genres aligned to it. And there is nothing wrong with that. Ironically that is probably also the reason I probably won't play this as much. It is not even the genre but it is the lack of adventure in the production or Gwen. The album is super cohesive but her discography since No Doubt spoiled me. Because it is all so 'coloring between the lines'.

I really hope this is some sort of wider visual album treatment, for three or four songs at least. Can't imagine she (such a visual artist) wouldn't serve at least one video for the album she is so happy with.
Danny789 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Did I misunderstand that Apple Music interview or did she say there are pop versions of all these songs? Cause I need to hear them right now.
KillingYourCareer Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Just listened. I find it very camp that the songs are all flower-themed! It was a lovely listen, Gwen's voice is unique. 1
