Kim is bigger, but they're not the same, in fact they're opposites in their relationship with wealth and fame. Paris is more of a socialite heiress who had her family empire discouraging her public profile, while while Kim actively chased fame and wealth.

KIm, only fraud and liars would say Paris. She was not the most popular girl during the 2000s and most certainly wasn't it when Kim entered the scene.

Kim but I love both for different reasons

Paris. She was literally everywhere, she created a different type of celebrity. No socialite will ever come close.

 

Her brand is still insane, worldwide she has stores and product lines touching every entertainment metric. 

 

Paris also never needed other male celebrities to enhance her celebrity either.

Kim is far more global, and changed the beauty standard for a decade and a half to fit her (from around 2007 to 2020)
