RT Air Posted March 10 Posted March 10 To be fair, the Bangkok venue is the smallest of the entire tour iirc. It could very well be that the full staging could not be squeezed in, but at least they could make room for the B stage. She hasn't been to Thailand since 2011, I'm sure the fans there had the time of their lives 1

But I'm also thinking of getting regular tickets for the Guadalajara date (depends on how much I enjoy the first show ) Mexico should get the same as US, as always
KaledKalil Posted March 10 Posted March 10 At this point I might as well sell my ticket 💀 this is a disaster, since the venue for the Brazilian concert is basically the same size of today's concert. As if I couldn't get even more disappointed.
tiagol88 Posted March 10 Posted March 10 I said this a few pages ago and it's quite obvious she did this tour like this to be able to adjust the shows for every single place she's visiting, including summer festivals. I wouldn't be surprised if Europe gets the best stage, specially the UK shows. USA...who knows? It would be a waste if Madison Square Garden doesn't have it all tbh. 2
PaloSanto Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Idk.. this is the smallest venue in all the tour so Im giving them the benefit of the doubt. Its a conference room on a mall not a concert venue so maybe they couldnt acomodate things. We'll have to wait and see how the rest of the Asian shows go Crowd seems to love it and that's all that matters but it is weird
RhythmOfDisco Posted March 10 Posted March 10 The venue was literally just an empty hall, so I'm not surprised it couldn't accommodate the lighting rigs.
KaledKalil Posted March 10 Posted March 10 I was watching some videos and yeah, it wasn't that bad. I kinda like how the stage is just one thing with two floors.

campelo Posted March 11 Posted March 11 what makes me feel not excited for the concert is that is a whole seating one, that means I won't be watching with my friends since we couldn't book together 1
RT Air Posted March 14 Posted March 14 If anyone missed out, the fan request in Tokyo was Turn It Into Love. A group of fans prepared a leaflet for her with the lyrics lol Next up is the final date of the Asian leg in Taiwan tomorrow! 2
PaloSanto Posted March 15 Posted March 15 She did Wow and Roses during the requests and debuted a new old outfir for the Tension/Head/Lovers act. From all the vids the arena looked PACKED. so Probably biggest venue and audience on the Asian leg
KaledKalil Posted March 15 Posted March 15 (edited) It seems like the adapted entrance stayed for the whole Asian leg. Mind you that Japan's date was an arena concert. And the light show itself was still very minimal, compared to the Australian leg. So lame. The new costume is fine, sadly it is replacing a good-looking dress. It should have replaced that purple short kimono, imo. EDIT Oh, it's not even a new costume, she used last year for one of the festivals she did. Edited March 15 by KaledKalil
RT Air Posted March 16 Posted March 16 Taiwanese fans really showed up for her, they are the most energetic crowd out of all the videos I've seen from this tour so far Her vocals also seem to get stronger and stronger with each date 2

This woman is still 100% traumatized since Les Folies 1

I never thought she'd dust that one off and sing it ever again.

It's truly a gem I'll be seated far from the B stage at my show so not even a chance for me to request anything, but I hope the crowd will ask for something equally cool. If they pick I Should Be So Lucky or Wow I will riot 1
allforyou Posted March 17 Posted March 17 Seeing her singing Turn It Into Love after all these years is fantastic, it's easily one of the best songs on her debut. With that said, Im 90% sure that during my show the crowd is gonna request I Should Be So Lucky Meanwhile I'm gonna be screaming at the top of my lungs for her to sing Chocolate 1
pigeon Posted March 18 Posted March 18 After Dua's last shows, I still think she will upgrade some aspects of the tour for EU and US legs. I don't expect a huge change though 1

Junlin Posted March 19 Posted March 19 I'm just so happy I went to see her in Bangkok, I was in the first row pretty sure she noticed me. And yes the production was on budget compared to her previous efforts but I enjoyed every single moment. She's the best!!! 4
