First time listening to him? It's all the does. He gets asked a question and never answers it. He just goes on and on about other things with buzz words thrown in with no plan that makes sense.  He could get up there and say rubbing oil on your knees will bring down gas prices and he'd have everyone in that crowd screaming "YESSS!" and rubbing oil all over them an hour later.
