OnlyManInTheWorld Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Say what you want about her but the number of legendary hits she has… is mindblowing 8

Dear Reader Posted September 12 Posted September 12 I've been criticizing her a lot this era, but I gotta give it to her. This performance was incredible. Her voice was on point too, she has gotten a lot better. I really don't like that new song she sang though When she went from ET to that new one it was a bit of a jumpscare but damn Teenage Dream was just amazing Anyway, congrats Katy on the performance and on the award 6
LustSpell Posted September 12 Posted September 12 She went the **** OFF. We all can easily judge her for her moral standing, but Katy was one of THE pop girls because she knows how to put on a show. The new girlies simply do not compare on an entertainer level. Her vocals were great and she looked hot af. 10
DanceAgain Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Great performance, loved the visuals! She delivered a solid performance 1
Robyn. Posted September 12 Posted September 12 She ate that up, lmfao. One thing about Katy is she'll ignore a hate train and serve like her rent is due 9
Valentine Posted September 12 Posted September 12 She sounded, looked and commanded that stage so well. THIS is Queen of Pop material. LEGEND!!!!! 6
Valentine Posted September 12 Posted September 12 And yes what an incredible videography! Literally culture defining!! So deserved 1
OrgVisual Posted September 12 Posted September 12 She will forever be THAT POPSTAR The perf is incredible 2
FabForAThrowback Posted September 12 Posted September 12 The audacity of haters to say negative things about this epic performance... I mean there is no need to respond to them, they describe (badly) themselves by their own words 2

wigglytuffer Posted September 12 Posted September 12 She gobbled that performance there is no denying, a reminder she (once was) the defining hitmaker of our generation 2
Rihinvention Posted September 12 Posted September 12 You know what, it's actually really refreshing to see everyone downvoting the hate, and liking the praise, for once. It shows that ATRL can actually be objective and acknowledge when someone does well. After 8 years of constant flopping, I think she deserves to be recognised for doing a good job on something. It was good. Is 143 beyond saving? Most definitely. But it was good. I think it also shows that she's not giving up. She's going to keep making music, regardless of how it performs, and given how high her peak was, people will probably pay attention. 7
Comedor Posted September 12 Posted September 12 That was really good and felt like a Super Bowl indeed. Actually better than some that took that stage. Excited for the new album and tour! 3

I hate Katy Perry so much Nobody cares bozo. Also the irony of a Kanye fan calling anybody else awful. The clowneroo of it all lolololol Edited September 12 by KatyPrismSpirit 3 4
BlackoutZone Posted September 12 Posted September 12 This might just be the best award show performance of her career. They went all in and it paid off, but is it enough to turn the tide?
Spicy Pisces Posted September 12 Posted September 12 (edited) This was nice. The fact that there were plenty of other hits to choose from and people still wanted to have heard X or Y, proves how dominant she was. The kiss with Doechii and the camera panning to Orlando was a cute not to the Britney-Madonna kiss with Justin's reaction. Only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was talking about women's rights in her speech, also implying the internet trolls are to blame for the lashings she gets. Edited September 12 by Spicy Pisces
