It does not make sense for her to spend years integrating visuals into her airtight brand just to change her mind? I don't buy it, and it also doesn't work. She is a visual artist and that's why a lot of people love her. It is lacking without any music videos at all.

Music Videos are self-funded, but they will forever be profitable. She would easily make the money back. Plus, why can't Columbia contribute?

How? I actually think music videos stopped being good and profitable promotional tool because people don't really watch them on MTV or YouTube anymore

She gave 3 visual album B'DAY, Self-Titled and Lemonade along with a music film BIK. That should be more than enough to keep yall occupied, it's like Rihanna with her album. She gave the world 8, she's working on her own time at her own at her own rules. Black women in music deserve to do what they want, how they want, whenever they want. 

Beyoncé and Rihanna being black women is absolutely irrelevant in these cases.

 

Rihanna is just lazy and has had more than enough time to rest after releasing back to back albums, especially when she uses writing camps so it should be easy for her to put together an album.

 

Beyoncé is likely using this ridiculous "visuals can be a distraction" as a poor excuse because she either didn't like the visuals or she was asking for too much money from a streaming service.

 

Many of the greatest albums of all time have had some visuals to accompany them, and you can't expect people to not be disappointed when Beyoncé is the one who made herself known as a visual artist.

She knows she doesnt have to. She knows her fans will buy anything she sells, why would she spend time, energy and money for videos.

 

Cowboy Carter "Beyince" LP was a very nice example how her fans will buy even wrongly manufactured product and she will shamelessly sell it to them.

 

If her fans, and some other obsessive fans of other singers, simply wouldn't buy and stream everything like their life depending on it, also artists would need to go back to work and promote their work.

Y'all can be disappointed but you will live if there really is no visuals being released. It's really not that damn deep. Videos have been losing steam for years now and just because she came up in the music video age and made hordes of music videos in the past does not mean that was going to be the norm forever. The visual albums, as good as they were, really spoiled the hell out of some of y'all.

There is no way she wont release them at some point, and Nadia has been involved for both Renaissance visuals and whatever they've done for CC.  She was just recently filming in both Marfa, Texas and New York, and it has to be undoubtedly for CC
