I was kinda scared at first because two friends of mine told me it was a tedious and dense reading, and both dropped it. But i enjoyed it thoroughly and read the first 4 books in barely two months I did drop the 5th one though 1

John Slayne Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Bodies That Matter by Judith Butler. i get why everyone praises them and i largely agree with their conclusions, but my god does the psychoanalysis bore me to death it's a chore to read sometimes the last fiction i read was The Dispossessed by Ursula Le Guin and i loved it! i've been recommending it to everyone, it was such a nice read after all the theory i've been reading
