It depends what you meant by bigger. Right off the bat, their metrics are already completely different.

 

I think LG7 will chart higher and have bigger singles, but brat will be seen as "cooler" in youth culture.

 

Lady Gaga is like the legacy artist that's playing over the speakers of a gay club, whereas Charli feels like the cool girl that you meet in the smoking area. She's authentically living that life, so her success feels more exciting. Whereas Gaga's a bonafide pop star so success is expected of her.

 

(And yes, I know both would be played in gay clubs. I'm just saying Gaga is a megastar and Charli feels like she's really in the clubs, which makes it cooler)
