he was a glorified meme-r for a hot 5 minutes. but kudos to him, most artists won't see that level of success during their whole careers

I don't know if he will ever reach the MONTERO heights of before. It was a massive era, but he can still be around with success if he focus on quality productions and not shock value. He is very good looking, stylish. He should go the uber-cool route, like Charli, and drop fire rap music over electronic beats. It's a space that is waiting to be filled since Azealia's career tanked and Doechii even tried for a bit before she decided she wanted to follow on Doja's steps.

He needs to leave the camp behind. The C,XOXO collab showed that he is not ready yet. His sense of humor is becoming old news, he needs a revamp

Good for him. I hope he stops trying so hard to be controversial and instead focuses on making good music again. :angelo:

He cheapened his brand throughout MONTERO and he paid for it with J Christ.

He will need to do something drastically different to be successful again. It needs to be back to basics. A focus on quality music first and foremost

The thing is that not everybody lasts in that industry and less when you rely that much in shock value, wish him luck but he needs to do a complete revamp on his career.

He's just not talented or interesting enough to continue with success in the music industry. Sorry but it's the truth. He should go into becoming a full on "influencer"

Thirst trap your way into some brand deals

His next song is probably gonna be titled "CRUCIFY ME" or something so no it's not

All that over a flop single. Lol cringe.

I don't get it. If it's trolling it's really not funny and he's still not getting why people are sick of his cringe antics and if it's serious (doubtful) what's with the drama? Tons of artists have a misstep, just put your head down and do the work to come back, you had one big era, no one cares that much about you to reminisce about how good you used to be.

J Christ was such a misfire.

Officially release this though.

Why is he acting like he's had a 20 year career and he's reminiscing about his legacy. You had one hit era girl… and one flop. Relax - and just get back to the studio. No one cares enough to listen to this.

One flop? He had many flops. But probably you don't know them cause they are 'flops' !

I wish him well. I hope he continues his musical journey and finds a sound that drives him creatively.

So much of ATRL just hates him because he's gay, hot and talented while they are stuck on a forum begging for Armie Hammer to use them for blood play so they can smell his unwashed cishet feet. Gays never support gay artists because so many of us just still hate ourselves. I agree the controversy needs to stop but every pop girl people stan on this website has courted controversy.

Lil Nas should have given us his Nellyville (but make it cvnty and gay) for his follow-up to Montero.

Girl this is the BEST idea. I would ******* love a Nellyville like that!

He needs to focus on putting out good music instead of trying to cause controversy. It worked for a while but without the music to back it up it just seems shallow and attention seeking. He does seem to have some talent so I wish him an ounce of luck.

Is he gonna meet up with the adult star Ricky Martin is doing?

the moment he releases something cute and catchy I'll be on my knees with my mouth wide open cause he is SO HOT

Right. I don't understand why he gets hate on here lmfao.

He's actually well liked on HHT if he dropped Right There officially it would've went up. He can make good songs cause he has before, and I like the songs he put on SoundCloud.

For some reason nothing he says ever comes off as genuine. He is consumed by the ironic stan Twitter persona and I can't bring myself to believe anything he says idk

Y'all are always so mean and nasty to other gay artists for no reason :rip:

LNX, Omar Apollo, Troye Sivan. Hope you're not all this miserable irl

He's not wrong though he is a VERY talented artist lmao. Even though I do not vibe with his music at all, he's still one of the very few male artists that people both gay and straight are checking for. He has some of the most universal appeal we've seen from a male artist in a WHILE.

I hope he starts really going in and taking himself even more serious, because he is actually very talented! :deadbanana2:
