I assume charts discussion would take a hit if Twitter went down, and Taylor Swift would be a big victim of that. Many of her fans are only there for the numbers.

I mean Pop music forums like ATRL or others will be flooded by stans so it won't change much. Charts discussion will become less mainstream which is a good thing.
