I have to go with Mrs. Auntie Anne's. She stays the most consistent quality wise and has never had an era where she feels like she was trying too hard to reinvent herself a la' C,XOXO (unlike Miss Cinnabon who used to have some novelty but is now giving Katy levels of desperation after going as far to introduce a Warheads covered cinnamon roll on their menu  )

I didn't know Mrs Fields has actual shops. I thought she only sold her cookies at grocery stores

The cookies in shops are so much better because they always put so much icing on the cookies. I always get a Cookie Monster.

Of all the malls I've been too in my area. I never see an auntie Anne. 
 

so I'm going go with cold stone! Or great American cookies. Even Cinnabon here is pretty good.
