The only iconic performance Katy has is the Superbowl so Miley takes it. That said, Miley's was messy as hell so I'm not sure I'd necessarily call it better.

better performance ROAR... more iconic MILEY. people to this day are still talking about that dirty foam finger and miley getting a chance to feel mr thickens boner !! this performance was the most tweeted about performance for a while no? plus this performance alone is the reason "Wrecking Ball" was the smash it was.
