D.Va Posted August 30 Posted August 30 Because, whether we like it or not and despite her manic behaviors & TERRIBLE choices in life, she has a memorable catalogue with iconic verses ever since her first mixtape back in 2007. 9
Europe Posted August 30 Posted August 30 She is beautiful and she is the only female rapper on the planet who makes good music. What more could you want? 6 1 2
glitch Posted August 30 Posted August 30 Being a barb and stanning Nicki is like a cute fun trend for gen z. It's laughing at her memeable moments and having a mug with Nicki Minaj in front of the US flag. These girls don't keep up with her outside of tiktok/nostalgia 1 1
itshyolee Posted August 30 Posted August 30 Maybe because she pretty much raised us? I know she's hated now (and rightfully so) but there was a point in time where she was THAT girl and it was cool to be a Barb. 1

Mikeymoonshine Posted August 30 Posted August 30 Nicki was huge when they were growing up she means a lot to a lot of people. A lot of the newer girls stan the girls who were dominating when they were coming of age. Beyonce, Taylor, Gaga, Rih and Nicki especially as they were innovators in the industry. BOOMBAYAH Posted August 30 Posted August 30 Because although she's insane now, Nicki was actually very endearing and charming pre-2017.
popmusicisdead Posted August 30 Posted August 30 to be fair even late Millennials like me loveD her and grew up listening to her. she was simply inescapable in the 2010s. it was only until 2017-2018 when i realized what a horrible person she is
