Short n Sweet is the Loud of this decade not the Teenage Dream. Agree?

After a few comparisons and comments made by some users on here and social media saying Sabrina's latest record is the Teenage Dream of this decade I must say it isn't but it's the Loud of this generation. But why?

-Both albums had two singles that blocked each other on some countries, having two smashes simultaneously unlike Teenage Dream that give time and space for every single to gain its monumentum.

-Both albums have a retro aesthetic in it and serve versatility playing with a lot of genres and styles that make them universally appealing to any person.

-Both albums seems to be a staple in UK, conquering the singles and album charts with huge sales and humongous smashes.

-Both a were released after their very personal albums that narrates a point of change on their personal lives: Rihanna about her abusive relationship with Rated R and Sabrina with the triangle drama and backlash with emails and both managed to rebound and live the times of their lives during these eras.

What was retro about the aesthetic of LOUD?

Other than that, you might be onto something but I don't think the love triangle drama can compare to the type of sh*t Rih went through during the incident with Chris Brown. Like it was BAD.

I keep seeing these analogies to these albums but I mean doesn't Sabrina's only have one #1 song. Loud had 3 and TD had 5. Can y'all relax.

And didn't Loud have its lead go #1 after the second had already done so? SNS could do so if Espresso gets the edge this week and goes #1 (then Taste might actually climb later on giving it 3 #1s just like LOUD) :cm:

It is this generation's Short N' Sweet and there's nothing wrong with that. She can even get a couple more number ones if she plays the cards right.

LOUD had 4 giga hits + LTWYL with some of the most iconic aesthetics from the 2010s eras.

I believe Sabrina can get there with some luck and hard work into making the era last, but even then, the LOUD era was just over a year long. SNS is doing great but LOUD, let alone TD, are just two gargantuan eras that are hard to recreate in the streaming era.

The way it's ******* neither and i feel bad for this generation, they will never have the albums we did

Short n Sweet is this decades My Everything by Ariana. It's even happening exactly 10 years apart. I won't even explain further, it's just common sense.

On a side note, this generations LOUD hasn't occurred yet and that's ok.

It's the Short N Sweet of this decade :cm:
