Lagerfeld Posted August 27 Posted August 27 As we all know, Gaga is heavily criticized by her gay fanbase for occasionally playing outside the field and making straight-oriented music. The fans were not fond of her Jazz music era, and Joanne had mixed receptions despite the flawless Perfect Illusion being included. Shallow got a pass for pandering since it was a massive mega-hit, and the movie justified it. However! Is collaborating with Bruno kind of straight-baiting? Gaga did tease new gay music in Paris, to reassure stans that gay music is still coming, but what do you think? 1 21
Lagerfeld Posted August 27 Author Posted August 27 Just now, Dancehall Queen said: Yes, the performance and now DWAS. Stans are worried!
Smarticle Posted August 27 Posted August 27 She's penetrating the straights, 1 month after you made your first thread about it

hugoflegend Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Believe it or not, gay men do not have ownership of Lady Gaga. Her making whatever music she wants isn't pandering just because it doesn't fit in your little gay club bubbles. 14
SharGaga Posted August 27 Posted August 27 (edited) I stopped reading at 'heavily criticized'. Nobody is criticizing Gaga for releasing ballads sis. Stop inventing lies. It's giving delusional. Also straight oriented music? That might be one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. There's no such thing as straight or gay music. I enjoy Jazz, especially Billie Holiday and I'm grateful that Gaga introduced me to the genre. Edited August 27 by SharGaga 10

Johnny Jacobs Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Im not even a gagger but chile... She didn't sign an exclusive deal with the gays And it doesn't even makes sense. Bruno is in it.

Devin Posted August 27 Posted August 27 if she 100% pandered to gays then her career would be in the same place as kat- 4
glacier76 Posted August 27 Posted August 27 So, songs catering to white gays is not pandering, but an R&B ballad catering to black and Asian people is?
BrokenMachine Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Yes, because gays are a beehive mind that hates ballads according to your own logic

lgaga1fan Posted August 27 Posted August 27 New title: Is Lagerfield done making dozens of threads about Gaga within a 2 week time span? 1
Cyanide Posted August 27 Posted August 27 (edited) She has literally been making rock ballads before even The Fame, what are some of you on? So dumb @Lagerfeld you clearly haven't spent much time with her discography outside of the singles because this has always been a part of her artistic DNA Also what's with non fans speaking on what her fans enjoy? Everyone has different tastes which is fine and that's how being multifaceted works Edited August 27 by Cyanide 2 1
lustforyou Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Yes and thank God bc if her whole career was Artpops and Chromaticas she'd be in Katy's position 1
