I see so many random numbers and no one says what each number means! Let's use a "historical example" 4 1 BRITNEY SPEARS Circus 9184 8641 543 59.659 The information should be read like this: Last week position - This week position - Artist - Song - Number of spins for this week - Number of spins of last week - Change in the number of weekly spins - Audience impression 2) OK, better but now, what exactly "spins" mean? Spins refer to the number of times that a song is played on the radio. If you are currently hearing a song in the radio, that is a Spin. Usually, we talk of the accumulated number of spins for the last seven days, so it's a weekly accumulated number. 3) And where is the bullet?! I always read that bullet when talking about chart stats When the "change in the number of weekly spins" (see above) is positive, then we have a Bullet! In another words, the bullet is the number of new spins that a song gained over the past 7 days (in our example: 543 is the bullet). A song with a difference of -100 is simply "unbulleted". You have the idea that the bullet goes forward and not backwards, right? 4) What does Audience impression (AI) mean?! Number of average people? How can there be 0.659 people? Come on! An audience impression is a measure of how large an audience a song reaches, and is usually expressed in millions of people. For example, one play by a New York radio station might be rated as a certain number of million impressions, meaning that this is a reasonable if necessarily inexact estimate of the number of people who heard it. Thanks!

collin Posted October 7 Posted October 7 This is a surprising amount of support, I feel like even the Witness singles didn't get this.

The Witness singles were already trailing off by their first Monday update after the adds (where IHHM is) Quote 39 KATY PERRY Bon Appetit f/Migos 1266 614 652 5.539 +37 spins -110 bullet -0.435 audience 37 KATY PERRY Swish Swish f/Nicki Minaj 1216 491 725 6.047 +62 spins -54 bullet +0.094 audience Granted, they both had a much bigger AI to fall from, I don't think IHHM will ever reach 6m impressions. But it's looking to outpeak both of them. Which doesn't necessarily say anything fishy for IHHM because the other two and their non-top 30 peaks were colossal, unprecedented, atomic bombs, but I am still surprised to see that 800 bullet on a song with no buzz by an artist who just had a massive radio flop with a radio deal just 3 months ago. And it was getting very little spontaneous airplay before the adds so it's not like programmers seemed thirsty to play it. But then again I just can't think of any potential motive for anyone to payola this The streams are plummeting and the whole era is completely unsalvageable. There's nothing at stake here... Unless Chris Anokute himself sold his house, car and Rolex to fund this and satisfy his Luke boner, I don't get who would push this. When the adds date was announced, I instantly thought it was a contractual single on a condition Crystal Waters set to allow the sample 1
Mr. Duff Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Wait... is this doing good on radio? I guess it's never really over. Imagine this blowing up just before Christmas and extending post-Christmas, then Crush smashes in spring. Oh I can dream. 2 2

This is her first time back on the format after What It Is which was a pretty huge hit on radio (#3 on pop). She also has some current buzz happening. The sample also does some work, for sure.

Its needs a banner, good playlisting and a tiktok push and you're looking at a single that CAN do decent.

Kind of...? What It Is peaked in November last year and it was an isolated incident. Doechii hasn't done anything to keep the radio buzz alive in the meantime and WII hasn't lingered that much in recurrent plays to provide the level of momentum it would take to fuel a Katy Perry single right now. Besides, if they were banking on her, they would have emphasized her presence on the song but this was the impact promo I... don't know 1
collin Posted October 7 Posted October 7 I feel you. It is just confusing and a challenge to find a reason to explain. Maybe it'll just hit a giant brick wall at 25 like everyone is saying…
