glitch Posted August 27, 2024 Posted August 27, 2024 Oh so they're doing 4 dates in Wembley, not 10. I thought that seemed like a crazy amount, even for an act as big as them
Dante Silva Posted August 27, 2024 Posted August 27, 2024 (edited) How long has it been since Noel Gallagher last had something negative to say about your favorite MPG? Remember when Liam said it was a joke that Mariah should even be considered for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? I do not support the return of white blokiness/ 'bro' culture/ laddishness. As if there wasn't enough of that tired ass patriarchal BS archetype (on an international scale already) with the likes of Ed Sheeran, John Mayer, Coldplay, The 1975 and Morgan Wallen. It's bad enough with Melon (and all that he represents), I personally don't need the return of Oasis to add to that point of view as well 🤢🥴🤮 Edited August 28, 2024 by Dante Silva 6 2

I thought that seemed like a crazy amount, even for an act as big as them Yes but there's 14 dates in total across U.K. and Ireland, all in big stadiums ( eg I believe gig capacity in Cardiff and Dublin is 70k+ and 80K+). European dates to be added. It's all ancient history for many of us in here but these guys, in the U.K at least, were/are the biggest band since Queen. Like it's the lead item on all the mainstream news. 2

DonnaSpring Posted August 27, 2024 Posted August 27, 2024 Didn't think they would be able to sell out that many, I honestly can't name one song but good luck to them 5

Feanor Posted August 27, 2024 Posted August 27, 2024 Not 14 stadium(-sized) shows in the UK/Ireland, that's massive.
Genius1111 Posted August 27, 2024 Posted August 27, 2024 Noel had some decent songs back in 2011, but that's about it. Blur's singles from the 90s >>>>>>
Gossip_Boy Posted August 27, 2024 Posted August 27, 2024 I already know the ticket rush for Wembley will be the worst experience of my ******* life.
Shelter Posted August 27, 2024 Posted August 27, 2024 Probably going to be the biggest UK tour ever? It's going make them a fortune. They will add more dates for sure. 1
