An artist can only have 3 songs as a lead charting at the same time. Also songs which have been chatting more than 10 weeks (and whose streams have decreased for 3 consecutive weeks) have their streams cut in half. So Espresso won't chart this week, since Good Graces, Taste and PPP (also halved in streams) are getting more streams than Espresso's halved streams.

The point of charts is to reflect what people are actually listening to, if they are stagnant then that's just a reflection of people's listening habits. Yes Espresso is very overplayed at this point but it is a gargantuan hit and the fact that it's leaving the charts when it is one of the 3 biggest hits in the country is absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of a chart if the biggest hits aren't appearing there

Lewis Capaldi had 4 back to back between 2022 and 2023, and 3 from the same album (Forget Me, Pointless and Wish You The Best). If Imagine is ignored as an entry then Ariana did it too with the thank u, next singles.
