DAP Posted August 22 Posted August 22 If you're more offended by confrontation than the circumstance that would cause people to be more abrasive, then that says more about you than them. Should they go "pwetty pwease end this madness daddy uwu :33333" after seeing the carnage continue unabated? Some of you numbfuck, dumbfucking asses are so unserious. 3 2

If MLK or Cesar Chavez were name-calling and being confrontational they wouldn't have achieved what they achieved. These protestors have done more harm than good to the cause they claim to champion. And people can support the cause of a ceasefire and two-state solution (and many have even before the protests) without wanting to be associated with these groups of protestors. 1 3
Thin White Duke Posted August 22 Posted August 22 Disgusting, truly. While they're out there, all self-righteous and holy, talking about how they are fighting for freedom and everything good in the world, it's their blood money that are massacring children. But why does it matter when they have an election to win?

When it's unpopular, it's the Biden administration's doing and poor Momala has nothing to do with it Kamala supports the Biden/Harris administration's military aid to Israel, regardless whether or not her signature is required. She explicitly supports it and opposes an arms embargo on Israel. This is the Biden/Harris genocide and no quirky political nuances will change that. 4
Marianah Adkins Posted August 22 Posted August 22 Unpopular opinion but activists shaming other people who are either ignorant or neutral about the matter (esp in this forum) is counterproductive to the movement. What you need are broad allies but you are only polarizing them further by branding them as "zionists" "Israel lapdog" or "genocide supporter" just because some ppl have other thoughts, doubts and questions. Its this black and white thinking from these activists that is enabling Israel to subvert the narrative to their favor in the eyes of independents who have no horse in the conflict. And I say this as a Muslim Filipino who has always supported Palestinian statehood for decades before it became trendy to do so in the Internet. 2 1
