After months of Beyonce fans telling us that Beyonce needs promotion because no one knows about her new album, she finally promoted her album to millions of people through the Olympics. Yet, after the event, the streams for the album are enigmatically going the opposite direction. 

 

Can someone explain why promotion is having an opposite effect on her career? Does beyonce know more about her career than us fans do? Discuss.

Like many I loved the album at first but the surprise effect quickly wore off. It's all a bunch of long interludes and songs I don't wanna hear again. Texas Hold 'Em was cute tho. It's sad this will probably be her AOTY but it's far from her best work.
