Rihinvention Posted August 20 Posted August 20 Born This Way has higher highs, but lower lows. I respect the risk though. Warrior feels like it has a lot of generic, forgotten filler. However I feel like Kesha chose the right singles, but Gaga didn't. But even with the "wrong" singles, Gaga still had the better singles. Gonna have to give both to Born This Way. 1
Sheep Posted August 20 Posted August 20 (edited) One of the greatest pop albums of all time vs Kesha's worst. Hasn't she been through enough why are we doing set up threads? Edited August 20 by Sheep 1 1 1 1
TaylorsSquad Posted August 20 Posted August 20 I prefer Warrior because I'm attached to it and it sucks that a shooting stopped Die Young's momentum.
Bussea Posted August 20 Posted August 20 Warrior tbh. I always thought BTW was overrated. But it's singles > Warrior's 2
ChooseyLover Posted August 20 Posted August 20 (edited) The tea is that Warrior is the better album and Born This Way had the better singles but are we ready for this conversation? Edited August 20 by ChooseyLover 1
KillingYourCareer Posted August 20 Posted August 20 Warrior has several excellent songs (Thinking of You, Only Wanna Dance with You, Love Into the Light...), but Born This Way only has a couple I don't use, it's better.

The7thStranger Posted August 20 Posted August 20 Both only have a few decent songs on them. Warrior has an excuse for being as bad as it is, that being Dr. Luke's control over the project and Kesha not being able to carry the album to completion as she had envisioned it. These days, I only use C'mon. GaGa put a lot of effort into Born This Way and had more creative control, so it does contain some interesting experimentation. But the production has aged very poorly, and I don't think the songwriting is all that good. I don't own this album, but I remember liking Bloody Mary (shame about TikTok ruining it), Judas, and Heavy Metal Lover. TBH, it's a tie in terms of enjoying listening experience, but BTW gets points for actually representing the artist who made it.
Kimi Posted August 20 Posted August 20 one is a pop classic the other is terrible generic pop album yall are unserious 1
