Die With A Smile's shaky start is a worrying sign for LG7. Agreed?

The "it's not a lead" excuse is so funny to me. :skull:

Because the song still has a Bruno Mars feature and a music video. It's not a deep cut that just got released, be serious.

The average person doesn't know what a lead or standalone single is, they just know a song is out.

I mean DWAS is currently #9 on Apple Music USA's Live chart, all genres.

Did any of Katy's singles even reach top 50 on Apple Music USA?

I was being sarcastic

What does this have to do with a standalone single having the same exposure as a lead single? :rip:

I've never seen a post more downvoted than this on ATRL wow :deadbanana4:

LMAO the downvotes:deadbanana:

Anyways, the song is doing GREAT. Keeps rising on day 2 and really decent debut streaming numbers considering it also lost a 5 hours of tracking. Plus a surprise release. And a ballad.

Lets not pretend 70% of Gagas fanbase isnt gonna steam this as much as they will her next pop release. Shallow was GP driven. SL went top 5 just because it was dance pop ( what her fans want to hear) Im not worried.

And this song is going to be a Grammy winning hit.

A #15 spot in TTH and no radio deal doesn't seem like a lead single exposure.

A question for you, Bethenny:

Can gif privilèges be taken away too? I don't see the option anymore and it disappoints me greatly. I had a thought a few days ago that it was a blip but then I suspected that it was deliberately done. I see others posting gifs and now I feel slighted.

I don't like the song so I could not care less if it flops

The initial response to it will be indicative of LG7's success though. The song debuted with only 2m more streams than Woman's World which ATRL dragged and it had another superstar on it.

Let's pray for LG7 sis :dancehall3:

And Texas Hold 'Em only did 2 million more than Woman's World as well. Wtf is this logic :rip:

Babe what are you talking about? This is a ballad coming out of nowhere with almost no promo out of Los Angeles. These songs tend to be growers. It still generated almost 10mil Spotify streams & YouTube views in 2 days. Even LG7 won't have huge numbers, it's a full experimental album with industrial techno sound, dark pop. You should worry about artists that release radio friendly songs for the hits but ain't clicking enough to be hits.

I can't believe proud members of ATRL Kukai is an insider and just teased for us that DWAS is the LG7 lead single. :duca:

The song isn't going to flop. Bruno Mars is on it and everything he touches is a hit. With Gaga, sometimes it's a hit and sometimes not. But with Bruno, no way it's going to flop. If for some reason it does, oh well. Better luck next time. Anyone can get a hit with the right song. It took Hozier 11 years of trying to get another hit after Take Me To Church. All it will prove is that this just wasn't the right song. But I still think it will be a hit.

The opening post off to a very un-shaky start. Nearly 100 downvotes. Strong and stable. Agree? :suburban:
