Allow me to explain cuties,

She's with a major label as a solo act

She's a girl

Shes built actual friendships in the industry

Shes releasing back to back

and in general you can feel actual impact, this is not being advertised as a K-pop release anymore

I have a good feeling about her

She needs to never go back to Blackpink if she wants to succeed (and I think she's doing a good job)

BoA is was the first kpop solo or female act to try crossing over into western pop but Lisa is for sure the most successful
