I remember this story, idk i still don't believe it. His story seemed believable. Also remember this is Disney, they can afford to smear you across the planet

I heard the same thing. I guess he was sending nudes/semi-nudes to employees for concept artistry and they were uncomfortable and filed a complaint. I thought it was cuz he had an onlyfans, and that would be dumb to get fired for if it's what he wants to do outside of work. But he apparently breached that clause in his contract of employment misconduct, so it's more reasonable than I first thought. A shame cuz X-men 97 was the best original content Marvel has done in years. He said Marvel is misleading tho, so we will probably get more facts of the story in coming days. Disney is trash tho, so they probably are trying to smear him and make it sound worse than it actually was.

I don't think it was a good idea to send that stuff to your employees even If they were concepts....He should have sent me those pics instead :foxaylove2:

… sending nudes of yourself to your employees/coworkers to "use as inspiration" unsolicited and quite possibly without warning (we don't know that they knew that they were going to see him nude) would absolutely be an instantly terminable offense in any company with a halfway decent HR department. Also, using himself as "inspiration" just screams egomaniac. I enjoyed what was released. I don't know that I would want to work with or for someone who would want to randomly send me unsolicited nudes and tell me to try and work those poses into a show.

Sending half-naked photos of yourself in heroic poses to your team as inspiration? What!? Who the hell thinks that's normal behaviour in the workplace?

Some of these homos cannot separate real life and the internet, they think every guy around the corner or in a room alone is going to want to have sex on the spot. Brain rot and porn addiction, its like the guy who went into the Senate chambers and made gay porn.

This is a pointless example because that movie was self funded by Coppola himself. There's no higher up or studio to go to (which is its own separate issue)

here, DeMayo allegedly committed sexual misconduct, it was brought to studio head's attention, and there was enough evidence that he was fired accordingly. What else would you expect?

I knew this was coming after i saw the other day he was being messy on twitter about Disney not having him attend an awards show despite being the creator. Everything screams an ego issue ngl

What's crazy to me is that I remember messaging him on IG, asking how did he become a writer for Disney. He said, "Try not to have an ego."

... and now this comes out.:gaycat7:

I had written a long post that was very similar to this, but deleted it. Thank you!!!

would a self hating gay who uses homophobic slurs and pushes unsubstantiated alt-right propaganda like yourself lie?

Period.

There's a loud group of homosexuals online who display this very behaviour. They don't realise how weird it is in real life because they stay in their echo chambers with other likeminded f words. Maybe homophobia needs to come back.

I mean imagine booking such a big gig like this and messing it up because you can't hold your dick inside your pants for 1 second. Giving all of us professionals a bad rep.

I'm going to need a deeper dive, because why would you think this is an okay thing to do? Plus he seems adamant that he's done nothing wrong. Unless you're stupid, how do you not understand doing something like that could get you fired? :rip:

Oh dd, on Twitter he made it seem it was because of a drawing he posted (gay superhero) and that Disney reached out that he won't be credited for S2. First saw him pop up because they hadn't reached out to him prior about his Emmy invitation since he's a nominee.

I'm inclined to believe there's some truth to the rumors. I don't think they'd fire the creator unless they actually had good reasons since firing/removing credits for a creator is so messy. Also, if there was any sexual misconduct, they probably want to withhold as many details as possible to protect the Disney brand (esp for an animated show).

Really? *** and homophobia should come back? Go touch some grass or go back to the 50's where (most likely) your word wouldn't matter anyways.

OP: This is just awful if true. I know Disney can afford a smear campaign but he must have done SOMETHING. Nothing good.
