Why would she not add the era-saving singles of the deluxe on the main album since it's not even out yet?

So I mean this genuinely and realistically, they should pull it forward a fortnight to the first week of September and put out the I'm His, He's Mine video on release day. I can only assume the physicals are ready, or very close to being ready anyway. Even if they're not, physical albums sales are very much fan driven in todays music era, so the people who want a physical copy in their hands will still get one even if they have to wait two weeks to get it. A music video on release day might also draw extra attention. And I don't think or know that I'm His, He's Mine will be some sort of saving grace for the era, but she clearly has plans for it otherwise she wouldn't have shot a video for it. Also since she might get the Vanguard, she might perform at the VMA's, which would be her first performance of any of this music since it's debut and it would be in it's first tracking week, so again another boost if she did a cute medley.

 

I just think considering it's still over a month away from her album and that both singles haven't made much of a dent, she's essentially going to approach the release date with no steam. IDK what the "crisis talks" were a few weeks ago, but whatever plan they came up with didn't work, so I'd suggest they revisit and come up with something else. If you want to cut the success cloth out of this album era, then just give the fans what they want and release it and announce the tour.

That wasn't what I said - no. I said she should release ahead schedule and barter her luck at a 3rd single launch upon album release. With that being said, creating a deluxe and tacking an extra 3-5 songs on there would drive extra sales from fans since they'd purchase it. But it's not going to save the trajectory of this era, no. I'm not sure anything will at this point.

The era hasn't really started… not for lack of trying on her part. Just put it out and move on honestly. The publicity surrounding this release is awful and she hasn't helped by doubling down on the more controversial aspects of it. I was really hoping she would come back this era but…
