I've placed the most successful/talked about albums of each decade according to Billboard, are there any others that had enough impact to define pop culture in a decade?

2000s would be Eminem or Usher's Confessions.

This is such a tricky question to ask :deadbanana4:

Clearly Eminem Show, 21 and Un Verano Sin Ti (for now) are the biggest success stories within each decade. But a lot of "defining" moments happen often at the end of the decade (The Fame for instance), or see their influence much later (Born to Die).

Can't take the poll seriously when it left out Usher's 'Confessions' by name for the 00s decade.

I honestly don't think any of these albums defined a decade solely, maybe a few years but not an entire decade. The ones with the most lasting impact were Britney and Eminem for the 2000's, Adele, Gaga, and Lana for the 2010's, and Taylor and Billie for the 2020's though imo.

Oops, I misclicked my vote for 2020s and voted for the racist instead of Olivia Rodrigo. :rip:

I feel like the 2000s should include Usher's Confessions, and Justin Timberlake's FS/LS as options too.

For 2010s, hands down it should belong to the best and 2nd best selling album of that decade.
