Sadly it's Firework even though it's one of my least favourites. It deserves to be Hot n Cold or California Gurls.

I think her 3 biggest hits are Firework, Roar, and Dark Horse. While I can see the argument for Firework, I voted DH since I believe it's the biggest of the three.

Meant to vote for Firework for its multigenerational appeal and anthemic quality and overall commercial success,  accidentally voted for Roar, but realized both can be correct options 

 

but I would say with how much retrospective love TD the album has gotten over the years, I would say TD the song could also be her signature song just because that's the title track and the representation of the album.

As a non-american it's really not Firework. It's always been I Kissed a Girl and HNC here. More recently it's been Teenage Dream, her top song that I still hear on radio. CG is kinda isolated to summertime only and overshadowed by TD, and DH was massive but sounds extremely dated now. LFN surprisingly has shown longevity also.
