By her you mean Bonnie McKee or Katy Perry? In Bonnie's case, if most of said collaborators were Dr Luke's team and friends, can we really blame her for cutting ties?

Bonnie McKee has spoken out against Dr Luke a lot over the years. That's probably the biggest reason why Bonnie didn't work on Katy's new album.

To be fair, Katy does seem arrogant and might be mean spirited as well based on some of her interviews from back then. Wouldn't be surprised if she treated Bonnie quite bad / dismissively back in her peak.

She gives the same flat and dry response when they ask if she's in touch with Kesha. Even flatter actually. She just seems generally bitter and jaded, I don't think this has anything to do with Katy in particular. She was cut off from all the big stars when she left Luke's camp
