This situation is extremely complicated from logistical, political, and emotional points of view. Tapping your foot within days of it happening and demanding to know why she hasn't 1. Said something and 2. Cancelled all immediate commercial endeavors until she says something just feels — no offense to you — naive? 
 

Maybe she wants to wait until all the facts are confirmed. Maybe she's still wrestling with how she feels emotionally? Maybe her team, local law enforcement, or the Austrian government have asked her to wait? Maybe she wants to continue on with business as usual as quickly as possible to not further draw attention to these plans (and potentially galvanize others to try something similar at future shows?) There are too many variables here.
