Iirc, that was also the era where pop was kind of dying out on radio play. The singles were sporadic and he needed more momentum - levels just didn't give him the push he needed. Shame though. He really could've gone the distance if he'd really pushed for it.

Whew I've had such fond memories of this era. He was really doing his thing. Then it just fizzled. Still love him tho!

I wish he would've continued on with it instead of bringing the Jonas Brothers back together.

The music, the videos, the photoshoots (the Calvin Klein one specifically  ) were perfection.
