I'd say best is tied between Lana, Britney and Rihanna. Although I LOVE LWYMMD and it was such a moment. But I voted Womanizer because it served what it needed to serve at the time. 

 

Worst is Xtina's. Even though Katy's WW is just terrible.

Best by what metric? So many great songs and powerful moments here. I picked Womanizer cause it was such a return to form for Brit but probably Janet got the best song. I will say Shakira's La Tortura should definitely get more votes than it'll end up having though.
