Here is the text of the hadith in the original language, including the phrase "6 years old" which is unchanged in modern Arabic so it should be understandable to you if you know any Arabic, hope this helps

وسلم تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهْىَ بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ

Sis that source is BS. That WOMAN herself had started an entire war against Mohammad's family. She is deeply hated since she had multiple times tried to kill prophet Mohammad and he knew about it. She was over the age of 18 when she got married because she was above 40 when she intitiated the Camel war against Ali and stopped his grandsons from being buried next to Mohammad.

95% of what had been written after his death was false and politicised. And the "imams" that have written those lies were known pedos too. Much like the above "sharia" law that has no grounds.

Part of his message infact was to stop the pedo behaviour that was happening. He single handedly ended the wuoud " الؤؤد" which was a heinous crime that was occurring whenever a girl was born. Much like what was happening in the West at the same time whenever a woman opens her mouth.

I dislike defending religions as they are merely weaponized and politicised against us all nowadays. But thorough historical research is needed as well.

Sis, that's BS

In al bukhari and sahih muslim, it is clearly said that he married her at the age of 6 and that she was given to him to live with him at the age of 9; which means that Aisha began her first sexual intercourse in... I can't even say it. :pukey:

If you deny the albukhari and sahih muslim, you are literally not a muslim, they are alternatives of the quran.

If you tell any sheikh that Aisha was 18 years old on the day muhamed married her and not when he died, he would laugh at you.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) married me when I was six years old. We came to Madinah and stayed with Banu al-Harith ibn Khazraj. I was ill and my hair fell out and became thick. My mother, Umm Ruman, came to me while I was on a swing and my friends were with me. She cried out at me and I went to her not knowing what she wanted from me. She took me by the hand until she made me stand at the door of the house. And I was walking until I calmed down a bit, then she took some water and wiped my face and head with it, then she brought me into the house, and there were women from the Ansar in the house, so they said: On goodness and blessing, and on good fortune. So she handed me over to them, and they put my affairs in order. No one took care of me except the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the morning, and she handed me over to him, and I was nine years old at that time.) Narrated by Al-Bukhari (3894) and Muslim (1422).

She was playing on the swing and there are other reliable hadiths which mention that she was holding dolls as toys while playing on the swing.

There is nothing surprising in this, it was the norm back then and not only in that area but also in other places, that is why no one was surprised by this marriage at that time, unlike, say, muhamad's marriage to zainab, which was a surprise and created a scandal .  (But that's another story)

Early marriage is horrific and most people did not realize that at that time because they were ordinary people, there was nothing extraordinary about them that could predict the future to save the lives of the girls nowadays.

Sentiments like this are odd and always reveal the belligerence of racism. The conservatives in Iraqi society won (in part due to America's failed foreign policy). They now have a society that caters to their views. Why would *conservative* Iraqis flee a place that they'd feel comfortable in? Wouldn't those fleeing by definition not agree with this hyper-conservative interpretation of Islam?

It's why these conversations turning into some white German dude like certain users here eagerly debating theological texts is ultimately racist, immigrant-hating nonsense.

And, in fact, hoping to fold this into an issue of "Muslims" or even "Iraqis" at large instead of "conservatives within the country" is done with explicit anti-immigrant intent from Western white supremacists. You couldn't even keep up the charade in this very thread!

I will save you time because Al Bukhari is one of the biggest liars there are. He had single handedly re wrote and rere-referenced to hadiths to random people. Not to mention Abu Horayra (literally translated as Cat Man) had the majority of the hadiths in that book as a "transporter" when he was simply a man with ...a cat that sat outside the mosque which Mohammad prayed at and had no contact with Mohammad whatsoever. Infact mohammad was dead after a year when Cat man started hanging out there :gaycat7:

When Aisha married Mohamad she had an older sister that was 27 at the time and she was older than her by 10 years. So yeah, you do the math. Al Bukhari can visit the nearest trash bin near you. And you are WRONG not all Muslims go by that manipulated crap. It's filled with inconsistent details and lies, there are more shocking details in that book that are quite barberic and just terrible. But the majority of Muslims Sunnis go by that book unfortunately.

There are so many different subs within Islam. So you can't decide who's Muslim and who isn't. Not to mention again Aisha has 0 credibility. Not only was she a liar but she was a warperson and a massive deceiver. She was the one to initiate the terrorist ideology that it is OK for women to sleep with soldiers during a war to "fullfill their duty" meaninf they "had to" because she herself was sleeping around "breastfeeding soldiers" calling herself the "Mother of muslims" :gaycat7: Call her MOTHER I guess :coffee:

She and her father Abu Baker were wealthy and simply wanted to be in charge after the death of Mohammad instead of Mohammad's family. Hence why she'd started the "Camel war". This is also why there are 2 main splits in Islam. And this is why there are terrorists. She, her father and their followers began that terrorist and political Islamic ideology. So yeah everything she'd said was lies upon lies to discredit Mohammad so she can enjoy her reign. Which she 100% did.

Why do you think that user thinks Iraqis "fleeing" would be the cause

of this coming to the UK?

Because they've demonstrated an illogical understanding of migration and the root causes of it.

This is very wrong and disturbing! Even more disturbing than the amount of anti-Islam threads you seem to be obsessed with jumping at the chance of making  Are you okay?

This a forum on ATRL meant to discuss "current events". All the thread I posted reference current events happening, with sourced news articles. If discussion of said events offends you, you are free to visit any other page on ATRL, which together make up roughly 99.999% of this website. There was no need to pretend to be concerned about this news item from Iraq just to make some kind of weird meta point, especially since there are many other users on this forum who posts dozens of threads about the same topics. Personally I don't go into threads about topics I don't want to discuss just to randomly attack other users and comb through their post history, which is something you could also try doing.

I'm also not sure how me making a thread about UAE arresting terrorists (not sure if you realized it is a Muslim country) or Nancy Pelosi making a stupid comment about Biden are anti Islam but go off.

Since you deny the reliable hadiths about Aisha's early marriage, I guess you shouldn't trust those hadiths talking about her sister's age either.

You might be one of those who follow quran only, but the thing is to assume that albukhari lied about muhamed, why did no one of the muslims at that time deny this or found it as an accusation against their prophet? Why didn't that create an outrage like saying what happened with muhamed's marriage to zainab? On the contrary, the hadith has been accurate for centuries by the majority of muslims and sheikhs since the day it arrived.
