Daddy Posted August 6 Posted August 6 Well he is a dad of two children with the daughter looking like one of the typical Swifties, I'm not surprised. 1

I actually think Dems would have lost PA if they went with Shapiro. It's not a good look to abandon your state for the presidency after just having become governor of a swing state. 1
Ewan Chaos Posted August 6 Posted August 6 All these correct decisions for the past few weeks, this is NOT the Democratic Party that I know!!! (complementary) Congrats to Tim Walz, a fantastic pick in a collection of half good-half horrendous choices in the shortlist. I've been saying the same since Biden dropped out of the race, but it really feels good to have hope again in national politics. 11 2
bad guy Posted August 6 Posted August 6 Oh this is actually a good choice? And he's not a neo-lib? The way Biden was holding this party back from so much potential 8 2

I doubt Harris is worried over losing Zionists in Brazil as part of her coalition. 4

He's the most progressive president we've had thus far and he'll be remembered as one of the most consequential one-term presidents ever given all he accomplished with a razor thin majority and how him dropping out completely flipped the narrative of this election. But I agree that Dems desperately needed this new energy and new voices at the top. 8
Onyxmage Posted August 6 Posted August 6 I know nothing about this man but he seems to check the DEI box of old, white, bald, male politician so middle AmeriKKKan Democrats should be more than thrilled. 2
