Canada gave the world Céline Dion, Sarah McLachlan, Alanis Morissette, Shania Twain and Joni Mitchell.

 

By the time Britney debuted, I think Canadians were ready to stan a female artist who was more pop, fun and could dance. And she's been collecting hits ever since. :heart:
