Europe Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Her lead single, Lucky is bombing hard: Day 1: 1,040,556 Day 2: 679,694 Day 3: 556,441 Day 4: 786,253 Day 5: 781,104 Day 6: 702,311 Day 7: 622,409 Day 8: 482,281 Britney dragged her for the video. And even though she took it back, a lot of stans also started attacking her after that. She tried to do promo by making very sad posts on the internet yet they did not increase streams. It's predicted to debut at #88. Even I LUV IT debuted at #81. 1 4
A Million Lights Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Well in the end of the day she has a smash solo song and a #1 album. She can always rebound 1
A-V-XYZ Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Did you expect Lucky to smash? Really? Even Britney's Lucky flopped and that was produced by Max Martin. 1 1 2
popmusicisdead Posted August 4 Posted August 4 no. it's simply lack of sympathy and payola. literally. emphasis on the sympathy part 1
Breathe On Moi Posted August 4 Posted August 4 the song is just really a bad choice, I can't believe she didn't even try to make it interesting. she'll be alright 1
Popular Post Popboi. Posted August 4 Popular Post Posted August 4 She's struggling with lupus and cancer and this is what you ask us if we're feeling sorry for her? 14 1 2
Prisoner Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Not really. "Im so lucky im a star" Isn't really a relatable lyric 2
Raichu Posted August 4 Posted August 4 I think people are just starting to get over blatant samples of things they've heard done before and better. 1
BGKC Posted August 4 Posted August 4 She didn't deserve whatever that was from Britney, but the song itself kinda sucks and I'm not surprised by the way it's free falling. If anything, it would have never cracked a 1M debut if it wasn't for Britney's mini tirade, so she was lucky.mp3 to even achieve that.
Gladiator Posted August 4 Posted August 4 (edited) I feel sorry that Britney's drones attacked her due to a tweet (that I think ultimately increased exposure to the song), but I don't feel sorry that her song didn't resonate. I don't think it is very good or especially deserving beyond it being as personal as it is to her life situation, which I do feel sorry for. Edited August 4 by Gladiator 2
Technicolor Posted August 4 Posted August 4 The song is just not good at all. Wish her the best though 1

Johnny Jacobs Posted August 4 Posted August 4 No. She's annoying and made millions. There are other people to feel sorry for who wasn't lucky like her. Literally 2
Alldeezy Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Yes only because people give her a hard time She's legit my female crush and any hate towards her I see will break my heart. Streams wise no. After that amazing album she dropped I admit her songs after that have been a bit mid so ofcourse people are gonna wonder will she ever drop quality album like that again? But I feel this next one will be more personal since she's been through a lot the past few years. Honestly don't really care much for stream numbers. She's still getting more than my main boys
Gorjesspazze9 Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Everybody flops eventually also ain't she like Sick? There are probably more important things for her then streams and and internet haters 1
Mr. Mendes Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Honestly yes I do. Not because of the song not doing well, but because her own fans have been treating her horrendously since she came back. What she went through is impossibly hard for even the soundest of minds to reckon with. Being told there's a chance you could die and you just have to hope that the treatment works has to do something for a person. Then to come back and have your fans, the people who supposedly love and support you, trash you for talking about it in your music the way that you feel most comfortable with because it isn't the music they wanted must be awful. 1 1
