I just feel like this biopic shouldn't happen, at least not any time soon. Pop star biopics are usually bad and I think Britney's would be a tough one to pull off well

It'd be like Shelley Duvall or Sissy Spacek  playing Marilyn Monroe, or Sam Rockwell playing Cary Grant. Mia's whole vibe is something different, strange, quirky, vaguely sinister etc. From what I've read this isn't going to be a weirdo Pablo Larrain biopic, but more straightforward. This is one of those times to go for an unknown, or at least lesser known actress so the audience can suspend disbelief for a bit.

But Millie is quite versatile. She played Seven so innocently at the start of ST and then slowly proceeded to become the a superhuman so effortlessly. Not only that, but she continued to play a victim of bullying so well. If this wouldn't suit the role of THE Britney Spears then I don't know what will. She's perfect. She can also easily be turned into the "sexy" Britney during the Britney and in the zone eras.

THAT I agree with. She might nail 2007 Britney but I reckon Millie has it in her based on Stranger things.
