dalladallamallamalla Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 Uh - for me this isn't QUITE it. Could just be the acoustic nature of this performance and her very pitchy vocals though.
slimfem Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 She's killing it with these lyrics! That production.. get lost jack
fridayteenage Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 this album is gonna be enormous on tiktok while serving high quality at the same time a winner
Julia Fox Posted August 3, 2024 Author Posted August 3, 2024 Her songwriting is incredible! She talks about things that are so common but in a way that makes it so unique! I'm a fool for her guitar ballads tbh you can tell she also has a country background since she's from Pennsylvania 5
CottageHore Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 Half of her last album had country twang elements and twangy steel guitars on it, why are y'all acting shocked? 4

The funny part it's that outside ATRL people are loving it and it's giving TikTok trend. This song is gonna do so good as an album track

Golden Hour Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 Her becoming the Dolly of our generation is not what I predicted but I'm so here for it. 1

Even her first album has some elements of country. Eyes Wide Open has always given me Carrie Underwood honestly. I think she's found herself as a songwriter and that she excels in comedic storytelling and delivery, which is very country in itself, so this all feels kinda right to me. 3
pinkbowvintage Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 Oh it's giving comedy Kacey Musgraves. I'm into it!
Yawn Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 i love a lot of her slower songs but this one isn't for me will wait for the studio tho
ariesgroove Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 she's really going in with the country after toying around with it on eics, sat
ReneighIsHere Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 this sound really fits her voice.. if her album is a mix of pop bops and acoustic/country songs then i'm seated
