Vegvisir Posted July 30 Share Posted July 30 My vote goes to Gaga, because I would argue that Chappell's album is as good as it is BECAUSE of The Fame - theatricality and camp had left American pop for a very long time before Gaga showed up and lit the genre on fire. Of course Midwest Princess is a 10 out of 10 album, but that's because of all the creative doors Gaga opened for future MPGs.
