The Slayer

After a successful relaunch of Big Brother last year and the celebrity version earlier this year, Big Brother is back for another civilian series.

It is likely to air in October.

Excited but what happened to ITV1, is that just the Celeb version?

I really really got bored of the reboot season from last year. I need them to bring back the iconic messy housemates and drama.

Hope we get more iconic housemates such as Trish and Jordan. Is he still with Henry?

The reboot last year was great, so I'm looking forward to this.

I'll always tune in for BBUK but it was so heavily edited and half the cast was so boring last season that I almost don't want to tune in. Hopefully they crank up the drama and messiness this year and we see more characters like Trish, Jordan, Dylan and Farida that were entertaining versus characters like Henry, Matty, Noky and Jenkin that were boring af and brought nothing to the show

I'm looking forward to watching this but why won't they air this in the summer?

Now would be a great time as there aren't many new shows to compete with like in the autumn/winter.

They need less editing and more messy housemates.

Celebrity version was dreadful.

Idk where you're from but the ITV schedule is usually:

January: Love Island

March: Celeb Big Brother (based on this year)

June: Love Island

October: Big Brother

Love Island is the 'summer' show here.

I really enjoyed last season but it was edited too much and also felt like there was too many tasks. Like.. let them get to the point of insanity due to boredom

I wasn't necessarily talking about just ITV's schedule.

My point was historically Big Brother aired in the summer, at least for the regular people version, which seems a better time to air than in autumn/winter.

And Love Island has finished right?

Hopefully y'all don't vote out the only source of conflict in the first few weeks :clap3:

Horizon Flame

The show is just not the same. Too watered down and politically correct. They won't allow real drama. The original show was successful because it was a dumpster fire. Now if anyone raises their voice it'll get them a warning. And ITV doesn't allow nudity. They had a big warning before one of the episodes last year because one housemate mooned someone. Shocking. Everything is "bullying" now. They won't allow people to work it out for themselves. The show is now a babysitter. It's no longer a social experiment.
