Tbh it might be any other Top10 song. Celebrities thinks the song is a #1 smash if it tops Pop radio tho. 

Maybe even Greedy? Or Lizzo song or we cant be friends.

Hard to tell but if she is saying this then it must be recent and was probably a demo of it.

 

If it was the right song, it would've worked, people still have a soft spot for Katy hence TD & Prism still get decent streams, the issue is the music itself and who she's worked with.

Yeah whatever song it was it wasn't going #1 with her name attached. 

 

If that's her mentally then wow. People just don't like you anymore.  

 

What Dr Luke song went #1 in the last few years? We can narrow it down from that.

I'm guessing it's "New Rules", one of the few songs Dua has released that she didn't write. It was being pitched to people in early 2017 I believe. Would've drastically changed the course of Katy's career if it had been the second single from 'Witness' instead of "Bon Appetit". It fits that album too IMO with it's electro-pop sound and female empowerment lyrics.
