And yet people are still trying to say he wouldn't enact Project 2025 :skull: Please vote for Kamala Harris, people.

Sorry for being not informed but what what is Project 2025?

It's a lot to get into but it is essentially the Republican party's plan to turn the US into a Christonationalist Republican state. It includes a legal and medical definition of marriage as being between a man and a woman, aims to defund critical components of our society such as our education, healthcare, and benefits system, aims to strip veterans of their benefits, aims to dismantle healthcare options for trans folks (and ultimately ban the process of transitioning period), aims to ban abortion.

If you want more detail, this article outlines some of it's biggest goals: https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/project-2025-conservative-presidential-list/story?id=111952315

Trump is absolute SCUM and needs to be avoided at all cost but I don't think that's what he meant :rip:

To me it sounded so self absorbed. Its about him, about what amazing stuff he will achieve (in his head), there will be no need to vote, not there wont be a vote. And he won't be able to run again, so it doesn't matter. He's just begging for votes for himself, he doesn't give a fucm about what happens after

I wouldn't be too sure of that.

Well legislative outcomes in this country are shaped by corporations at the expense of the people already so what's the difference besides the rhetoric? Is that not authoritarian?
