I knew this was coming nnnn. I wonder what will actually happen

I get that it is a nod at Britney, but it is also halsey's story & personal illness too.

Cade Huston 100% cleared the sample and she needs to clean house. I guarantee she doesn't know about Halsey's intentions with the video or what it actually meant and was probably blindsided by the "head shaving" lyrics in the bridge.

**** her "manager" for not facilitating any of this properly.

The head shaving lyric, while clearly about Halsey herself, was tasteless given the song context and a clear nod

stupid to not talk to Britney face to face before releasing this even if Britney may be reading the video wrong

Britney this is not it. Halsey was respectful and she clearly meant no harm. There is nothing superficial about that video. Shame on you Britney!

I would bet that her "manager" Cade Hudson didn't show her the request and she has no idea what Halsey's intentions or artistic vision are. If you didn't know about Halsey's cancer, the bridge and the line about eating drugs would sound like an insult.

She needs to clean house and get rid of Cade. He's a massive creep.

Just saw this and ran to watch the video too. I have no idea what her issue with it would be. I dont think the Halsey pop character was supposed to be a knock at Britney being a soullless pop star. Not to mention she knew about the song at the very least. I feel kinda bad I know Halsey is a fan and cared about her support.
