Sad Beautiful Tragic Posted July 26 Posted July 26 Occasionally, I allow myself to have some fast food, but I generally avoid it at all costs. I am very strict with my diet and eat healthily, drinking only water.
Selegend Posted July 26 Posted July 26 i'm healthy at home and unhealthy when i go out. u don't see me opening a chips in a random tuesday, i would eat an apple. but when i go out i eat fastfood, pizza with desert after, everything fried when i'm at a bar, with a lot of alcohol together and etc. i just don't care. i guess i'm balanced. if my social life is busy i eat more unhealthy, when my social life is slow i'm more healthy.

mons†er Posted July 26 Posted July 26 (edited) I try to consume 2,600 calories a day and I'm not big on candy or snacks like that. In the am I'll have almond granola in almond butter, a protein shake of 30g of protein and some fruit. I'll have a protein bar as a snack along with a medium coffee. Lunch is usually a grilled chicken salad with brown rice, a liter of seltzer water and another protein bar. I'll have a protein shake as a snack. Dinner is a toss up since I try to eat double protein so I'll have a cheeseburger with all the extras or make another chicken salad with double protein. I'm pretty boring but yeah lol. Alldeezy Posted July 27 Posted July 27 I love my junkfood though I have cut it out since I can't afford it anymore havent had take away in a long time though. Junk to me is like Vanilla coke and chocolate time to time but back in the days when I had anorexia i'd eat so much junk food when I wasn't feeling sick or sneaking throwing food away

Pop Life Posted July 27 Posted July 27 (edited) I don't eat processed food and my daily meals are well balanced. Unfortunately, one of my favorite pastimes is baking and I'm always in the kitchen. The upside is my home always smells delicious. The downside is I can only give away so much of what I make so I always end up eating some of it. Edited July 27 by Pop Life

Rev8 Posted July 27 Posted July 27 I am eating healthier and healthier with each passing year, I think I used to destroy sweets, candy, waffles, chocolate, etc.. Now I crave salty junkfood mostly, chips, doritos.. and it's still on a lower scale than what I used to eat too Now I try to go more for salads and actual meals.. and half of that is because I just don't really crave junkfood anymore I've used to have a habit of buying a junkfood basket and eat it throughout the week, but now - it just sits there, mostly still full 2 weeks in (part of the problem is that I crave the junk that I Dont have available which is annoying) Sometimes I've been wondering if Im eating enough sugar (and I probably am, since there is sugar in so many things we eat now)
Armani? Posted July 28 Posted July 28 I'm vegan and eat mostly whole food plant based. In terms of junk food, not that often if we're talking chips, soda, cookies/cake, fries, burgers. Most of the fried foods I eat are falafel or fried oyster mushrooms tbh
