hard to pick the best. she knows how to kick off a record, but I'll go with 1989 because it's god-tier (the whole first half actually). Red, Fearless and Folklore right underneath. Worst is Poets, but just because I didn't connect to it as much as the others.

Red is her best, and Lover is her worst - but only because of I Forgot That You Existed. 1989 is also quite bad with Welcome to New York. Although both of those songs are songs that I enjoy, I don't think they are the strongest start to an album when compared to her other album openers.

Personally, there's at least one song I love on each of the other 10 line-ups, with her country and folk projects being top-tier throughout. Meanwhile, I wouldn't consider any track from the TTPD 1-2-3 punch to be even above average.

 

Her pop albums are more inconsistent, granted, especially "reputation" and "Lover". There's a valid argument to be made for the former, but I find "End Game" to be charming and fun despite its issues and genuinely adore "I Did Something Bad".
