This album is everything I asked from music. Good melodies, riff runs and big vocals.

I'm sick and tired of slow, whispering, boring songs with no vocals from R&B girls. I'm glad Muni gave us this album.

It sounds too much like a 2008 R&B album, it's too derivative

I do like Things I Never Said and Waste No Time, though

The transition from The Baddest to Waste No Time is so heavenly

The album sounds very dated to me. As if it should've came out in the 2010's.

'Superpowers' + 'Ruined Me' are top tier though. 'Superpowers' reminds me of 'Wait For You' by Elliott Yamin.

I got goosebumps throughout Superpowers. What a beautiful opener.

I'm more than halfway in and I'm enjoying this album a lot. It's cohesive but not one-note. And it's enough of a departure from PDA while still having her stamp.

The only thing irking me is the album cover with the rounded white border. It's so 2013 IG coded. If anyone has a good alternative, let me know.

Oh my gosh, Superpowers is that 90's R&B throwback I live for :cries: Genuinely can't get over how good that song is.:jonny5: Of course Brian McKnight co-wrote it.

This and Ruined Me are best R&B sogs released this year, that is after Tems' Burning, which is THE song of the year.

Although I'm not amazed by the rest of the album apart from the first three + last track, but this is SO on point. Somebody had to say it. :clap3:

I feel you

I've been listening to Superpowers non stop, like how dare you start off the album on such a high

The melody, the lyrics, her vocals... That outro when the instrumental winds down and she goes "la-ooh" (the Brian McKnight interpolation), the adlibs, everything is perfect

That note on the bridge is my favourite part.

I like how most of the songs build Up and they end with some vocal showcase.

'Played Yourself' reminds me of Tinashe. I can easily imagine her singing this.

The album is so bad. R&B artists today do not know how to make  albums. Do they want to be rappers or singers?

It's so hard to try and chose singles from this album.

For me the best songs are:

- Made For Me

- Make Me Forget

- You Ruined Me

- Superpowers

- Revenge

- Leave My Baby Tonight

- Type Questions

Even 30's and Bessie have some potential.

Anybody calling this album "dated" or dragging it for sounding like early to mid-2000s better not praise any of these white pop girls that are doing the exact same thing

The album is great

Really enjoying this album. Yes it sounds a bit dated but her productions, the catchy hooks, her consistently transcendent vocals really flesh out a full experience for me and I'm here for it.

Thank you. I'm just begining to watch but I LOVE everything she says about music, her music influences, what she thinks contemporary music is missing, the importance of vocals...
