Princess Aurora Posted July 25 Posted July 25 I'm not surprised cause Travis is very popular over here. Sicko Mode was everywhere back then.
Kyle-x Posted July 25 Posted July 25 (edited) How did he sell 200,000 tickets there on one slide and then the next slide it says 85,000 in attendance and he's only doing one show (and Travis posted on IG the attendance was 80,000)? Edited July 25 by Kyle-x

This?? I don't get it. Plus The Weeknd did 160k (two sold out dates at Travis' location) and I think Taylor did 130k at best with two sold out dates at San Siro. 1

He did just one show this year, but they count his two shows last year in in Milan and Rome (to say 200k tickets in one year). So he needed three shows from two tours to „beat" Taylor's two shows from the same tour. It's not even news worthy. Edited July 25 by zuper 10

Weird bc it says in the first slide "this year" ddd and at that point if you're totalling up career ticket sales neither Taylor or Travis are coming close to the touring legends

Yeah sadly her numbers won't come out but I don't know, the GA/PIT was half empty compared to other countries (sold out of course but here they never sell maximum capacity for safety reasons) and 80k is way too high compared to other artists who sold out the same venue and didn't more than 65k. Many times newspaper simply report the full capacity they see on Wikipedia without excluding behind the stage seats etc.

shimind Posted July 25 Posted July 25 this is not newsworthy unless he is grossly 2 billion dollars on his tour.

burninredhot Posted July 25 Posted July 25 I expected people would be dragging Tay in the comments but they're getting Travis instead

kayliah Posted July 25 Posted July 25 who cares ? The eras will hit 2 billion dollars when all is said and done and taylor's fortune will get closer to 2 billion by next tour ... she stays winning.
