It's time.

 

It's time I take my matters into my own hands and host my first project here on ATRL. 

 

Welcome to the 2024 Power Rangers Rate.

 

 

 

The Rules

 

1. The users of ATRL will be evaluating and come together as a census, who is the greatest Power Ranger of all-time.
2. Each user will be given the liberty to rate all 150 Power Rangers on a scale of 1-10.
3. You rate each Power Ranger from 1-10, with how much you like that individual. 1 means you think that Power Ranger is doo doo and such be stripped of their duties, while a 10 means you consider he or she as a fierce deity.
4. There will be severe recuperations, if you DO NOT properly rate every Power Ranger.
5. If you leave any Power Ranger without any score whatsoever, that Ranger will be given an automatic 1 by default.
6. Each user has the power to use one ZERO, one 15, one 11 and the most extreme score ever in a rate of -10 points.
7. You are only allowed to use your zero, 15, 11 and -10 once, and only once. Use those four scores accordingly.
8. If you happen to leave out your zero, -10, 11 or 15 out of your submission, it will not count. 
9. If you make a mistake, and wish to change your scores - while submissions are still open - I'll allow it.
10. You WILL be allowed to edit any mistakes or change to your scores while submissions are open. 

One more important thing.

11. Each user will be given an opportunity to use a Hidden Immunity Idol.
12. Like all Hidden Immunity Idols, you will have NO idea if it's a real one or a fake one. It's a 50/50 chance.
13. What will the Hidden Immunity Idols do? It's completely secretive and will not be revealed, what they do, until submissions are closed.

Who will you use it for? What will they do? You'll see. 
14. You can only use your Hidden Immunity Idol on ONE Power Ranger. Be wise. 50/50 chance of it being, good or bad.
15. Submissions will be open for approximately one month and be open from July 24, 2024 to August 24, 2024.
16. You will be given the rest of the Summer and plenty of time to watch Power Rangers, so you don't go into this blind.
17. You have plenty of time to catch up on your Power Rangers history.
18. You send me your scores to me via PM. Simple as that.
19. Just the Power Rangers. No extra villains, side characters, mentors, Alphas, etc. Just the Rangers.
20. Have fun.
21. You are allowed to leave write-ups for each of these Rangers. No restrictions to anything you say. You are at liberty to preach and say, whatever your heart's desire, is for that particular Power Ranger.

22. Write-ups like "YAS QUEEN SLAY" and "Kelly Kelly is the greatest WWE Diva ev4r!!!!" will be allowed.
23. The project will be begin, no more than 2-3 days after submissions are closed.
24. When this gets started, I'll probably do only 10 a day, and the time of the day, when the updates come, will be depended on the power of what the fans and users want the time to be. I usually won't have a problem with the time.
25. Pictures and full scores will be provided in all of the write-ups.
26. If there happens to be a tie? Whichever Power Ranger received more 10's over the other, will simply be rated higher. Simple as that.
26. Let's go. 
27. You CAN use your precious Hidden Immunity Idol on your 15, 11, 0 or -10. It's all up to you. However, you will have no idea what the idol will do, good or bad.
28. Just simply say in your PM "I want to use the hidden immunity idol for this person. Or like Hidden Immunity:"
29. The extreme scores are 15, 11, 0 and -10. 
30. Decimals are allowed (but only by .5 intervals like 3.5 and 4.5.)
31. If you try to troll your score and give a certain Power Ranger a 5.95 or something, it'll simply be rounded up to a 6. 

32. You are NOT allowed to use multiple zeros, 11s, 15s, and -10's. If you do so, then all of your scores of 15, 11, 0 and -10 won't count.

Yes, you can. 

 

You can give out random 2-3-4 scores for all of the other Rangers (Operation Overdrive-after) if you want.

 

That way, you won't feel bad giving 1's to the Rangers, you are not familiar with.

You can stay neutral to the Power Rangers you are not familiar with and just say a 5 to each of them after Mystic Force.
